SH&E plan, procedures, SH&E goals and objectives.- 2 Monitoring and analyze project SH&E management system's performance, summarize progress and highlight issues and make progress report.- 3 Organize and conduct regular SH&E patrol at construction site to make sure project execution are carried out safely and environmentally friendly, drive to improve construction site overall SH&E awareness and culture continuously.- 4 Conduct contractor pre-qualification, screening, supervision and performance evaluation.- 5 Organize and provide SH&E training to affected employees, contractors and visitors. 6 Provide technical support in response to emergency event or incident/injury treatment.- 7 Organize and conduct incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action plan development. 8 Assist SH&E Manager to maintain a good relationship with local government institutions and neighbor companies as well as local community; maintain positive company image and obtain constructive feedback.- 9.
