Responsibilities:- Develop new products & packaging- Change existing products and processes- Ensure product supplement is in accordance with existing standards- Analyze and identify trends supplement to keep ensuring the concept of innovation- Develop and present the concept of product development in accordance with the agreed product directionRequirement:- Have work experience in fitness or supplement business for at least 3 years- Have a background in foodtech, nutritionist, pharmacist or biochemical- Ever used fitness supplements- Have a good attitude- Have a willingness to learn and must be able to give feedback- Mastering Google Sheet and Excel- Able to conduct competitor product research both on social media and in the market place- Able to compile product knowledge and product strengths and weaknesses- Understanding the problems and needs of the fitness market**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
