Senior Trainer

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferred

Min. 5 years-experience working in training excellence

Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others

Excellent facilitation skills

Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.

Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines

Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes

Had experience create and develop training module

Demonstrated business judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements and prioritization.

Delivered training to adults in a professional setting.

Experience in financial banking, preferably banking, insurance or loans.

Experience training or selling Wireline business products and services

Delivered sales training to a variety of sales teams, including outside (field) Business to Business and inside sales call center.

Ability to work autonomously.
