Senior Tax

Moladin is seeking a Senior Tax specialist to join our team. As a Senior Tax specialist at Moladin, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with tax laws as well as identifying and minimizing tax liabilities to maximize our profitability. You will work closely with other departments within our organization, including Accounting and Finance, to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and maintain an in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations- Prepare and submit tax returns, quarterly payments, and estimated tax payments on time and accurately- Identify and execute tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting- Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and ensure timely communication of changes to the organization- Lead and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, and respond to tax notices and inquiries in a timely and professional manner**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, or finance- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations- Professional certification (e.g. CTA, CMA, or CPA) preferred- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
