**Job description**:Create job requirement and manage it regularly.Manage interview process with related party and maintain the following process.Review assessment vendor and develop assessment tools.Calculate and conduct offering salaryHandle offering letter and agreement related with new employeeDevelop recruitment report & evaluation of new employee.Handle permanency employee process (assisting, material validation, rehearsal).**Requirement**:Min bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring Psychology/HRM or related areaExperience in similar position for more than 5 years (preferably as HR Generalist)Proven experience in handling recruitment end to end process (hiring, offering and on boarding)Proven experience in creating psychological report, recruitment report (annually and weekly)Proven experience in manage MPP and its implementationGood command in English for verbal and writtenExcellent analytical thinking and communication skillsFamiliar with psychological test and its implementation
