DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible to meet sales targets
Leading and coordination sales team and staff
Search for new client who might benefit from company products or services
Expand market, maximizing customer potential in assigned area
Develop long-term relationship and visiting customer regularly
Involve in presentation, negotiation with customer
Calculate client quotations and administer client account
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Work after sales support services and provide technical back up as required
Make technical presentation and demonstrate how? a product? meets client? needs
Solving a problem and provide the best solution to the customer
Prepare competitor analysis and benchmarking
Prepare sales & marketing forecast, action plan sales & marketing strategies and research and produce routinely report on all the sales and marketing activities
Provide weekly & monthly activity report to Operation Manager

REQUIREMENT:

Age maximal 40 Years Old
Candidate minimum must possess at least Technical High School/Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (others) or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 Years? experience as Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer in Hose Industries, Heavy Equipment, Pump, Oil & Gas
Having good leadership manner
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
Result oriented & able to solve problems
Able to work independently and in a team
Self-motivated, positive attitude, open and attentive to customers
Has an extensive network and good relationship with the customer
Willing to travel? & having driven license
Preferable having own car
