South Jakarta, JakartaWork Type: Full Time**ob Description**:- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.- Own and drive the intake meetings, support panel & competency design, & run the debrief process independently- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment, interviewing, salary proposal, and offer management- Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business- Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources**Requirements**:- Should at least have 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Works with a high sense of urgency- Ability to work independently and actively within a team environment- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
