Senior Product Manager

Launched late last year, AgriAku's mission is empower mitra through sustainable, inclusive and profitable technology business models.**Job Description**:- Gather user/customers feedback and turn those into product requirements.- Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements based on customers needs- Lead agile product development process- Collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, & Operation team to create the solution- Work closely with product designers to design best-in-market UI/UX for users- Develop roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.- Review user stories to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements- Review scenario tests for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirement.- Manage multiple Product Metrics such as Daily Active User & Monthly Active User- Do comprehensive testing such as A/B testing, pilot test**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or related fields.- Have an experience 2-5 years of experience as a product Manager or Project Management- Experience in agile scrum method- Have knowledge about technical/system development will be plus- Have knowledge about user design & Experience element- Have knowledge about customer research- Comfortable with ambiguity or fast changing environment- Have a good communication & collaboration skillsAdditional Information- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
