Work plan and schedule**Direct and assist area process engineers under his group to provide work instruction / task allocation.**2. Inspections**Lead or assist technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents or troubles working with other relevant departments to identify root causes and propose recommendations.**3. Technical studies**Lead or assist process-related technical studies for the improvement of operability, de-bottlenecking, loss minimization, energy efficiencies and so on**4. Technical Procedures Implementation**Initiate and review process-related technical procedures, SOPs. Ensure such procedures are properly implemented and followed under his assigned plant area.**5. Engineering Studies**Review engineering documents (MOC, EWR /etc.) prepared by process engineers in his group or prepare such documents by himself.**6.
