Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.- Monitor Project reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.- Lead PM's team, coordinates, supervise, and oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budget.- Facilitate and resolve the escalation issue raised by the Project PM's.- Define and embed project control and governance.- Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Project.- Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effect on a project.- Planned Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the project and projects adhere to the agreed budget.- Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques.- Ensure cross-project dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.- Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.- Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to va6rious deliverables.- Analyzing financial data, including resource utilization, project budgets, and risks.- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.- Propose new SOP to improving existing project management office policies and processes.- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to project plan.- Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.**Job Requirements**:- A Bachelor's degree from reputable University.- A minimum of 8~10 years of experience in IT Industry especially in managing Big and Complex IT project.- A minimum of 5~7 years of experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.- Strong leadership skills.- Good English communication skills, written and verbal.- Able to speak Japanese is a plus.- Excellent organizational and technical skills.- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Additional certification such as PMP, PSM or PRINCE II will be a bonus.
