We do this using Income Share Agreement, a payment program that helps students defer their tuition for a percentage of their future income.If you are passionate about education and technology and you are excited to create positive social change to enable people to launch their career, and if you appreciate learning and see yourself as a lifelong learner and (of course) if you enjoy fast-moving environments where experimentation is encouraged, that are signs that you are a good fit for us!**What You'll Do**:- Conduct organisational diagnosis to assess and analyse the current state and identify opportunities for organisation development and/or change interventions.- Propose, plan and execute organisation development and/or change interventions to drive and facilitate organisation development and/or change.- Monitor the progress and evaluate the effectiveness of organisation development and or change interventions.- Execute broad based communications strategy to articulate the business case, importance and impact of organisation development and/ or change interventions on the overall business objectives.- Conduct stakeholder analysis and execute stakeholder engagement activities to manage highly influential stakeholders to support organisation development and/or change interventions.- Plan and execute talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent to meet the current and future organisation needs.- Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials as talents of the organisation.- Implement HR initiatives that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the current and future needs of the organisation.- Facilitate talent review sessions to identify talent with key stakeholders based on organisation's ideal talent profile using recommended assessment tools.- Gather and analyse talent related data to derive insights on the effectiveness of talent management programmes, incorporating feedback from individuals in the programme and stakeholders for continuous improvement.**Role Requirements**:- Bachelor degree from a reputable university- At least 4 years of experience in Organizational Development or People Development- Good communication and interpersonal skill- Data driven and have good analytical as well as task management skill- Good with Excel and have good presentation skill- Deep knowledge and having experience do Job Evaluation based on Hay Grade System Method, International Position Evaluation Mercer, WTW Global Grading System,etc.- Deep knowledge in People Review & Talent management, concept and implementation- Able to analyse the organization structure (workforce management) and able to do workload analysis- Having a knowledge in remuneration (salary structure) would be an advantage
