If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.- Work cohesively with all the clients for providing support to their day to day and weekend Test activities.- Client conversions - Handling client conversion process for new clients on to IMPACT system by studying technical and functional gaps- New functionalities - Providing needed information to existing clients when client wants to amend a new functionality of impact and also to ensure that client goes live with the new functionality.- Data Conversions - Data mapping between files sent by client on to impact equivalent files.- Client static setup - Handling tasks like setting up static data for a client which includes NODS setup (NDM on demand), Bloomberg connectivity.- Developed tools which will help the team in day to day activities.- Development of automation tools for clients to reduce their processing time in specific areas which include pre-batch, batch and post-batch setups.- Coordinating with Client Representatives in getting their requests completed by End of Day and working with them closely in resolving the issues and preparing tasks involved in a major client mocks and conversions.- Providing batch support and ensuring successful nightly batch completion by resolving any batch issues.
