Melakukan integrasi antara online advertising dan media sosial2. Memastikan flow advertising berjalan lancar3. Memastikan online advertising menghasilkan keuntungan4. Melakukan integrasi laporan antara online advertising dan media sosial5. Membuat dashboard untuk online advertising6. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Account Executive terkait online advertising (alur & request klien)7. Membuat laporan bulanan terkait performa online advertising untuk Account Executive8. Melakukan review terhadap laporan media overview dari anggota tim9. Melakukan review terhadap laporan data studio dari anggota tim10. Melaksanakan evaluasi atau penilaian kinerja anggota tim11. Mengelola jadwal cuti atau perizinan anggota tim sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku**Qualifications**:- 22-35 years old- more than 2 years experience- Diutamain laki-laki, tapi perempuan pun very welcome- Strata 1 (preferably from Marketing/ Communication/ Advertising or related major) -> (Kalau bisa ada sertificate Ads Education)- Ads Strategic Planning (can handle Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube Ads is a plus point)- Can use Strategy Deck, Meta Business Manager, Reporting Deck, Data Studio tools- Characteristic: 1. Enterprising Individuals: Quite natural leasers who thrive at influencing and persuading others; 2. Artistic: He/ she is creative, original and work well in a setting that allows for self-expression**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Ads planning (required)- more than 2 years (required)
