Event & Promotion Section Head - BSD Job Descriptions: 
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.Cultivate collaborative relationships with mall tenants to align marketing strategies and ensure a unified brand experience.Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.Coordinate all operations.Lead promotional activities for the event.Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.Research opportunities for new events.Make a comprehensive annual event timeline.Coming up with new and innovative ideas – both for events and event promotion.Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly.Problem solving and hosting during an event.Job Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Event Management, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in organizing an event or digital marketing especially in shopping centre. Having experience in planning and executing a variety of events.Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.Experience creating and adhering to a budget.Fluent in English Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.Willing to be placed in BSD City.
