If you are looking for a place with challenging goals and mind-blowing opportunities - welcome!**Placement: Jakarta****Working Arrangement: Hybrid****Job Descriptions**:- Strategizing and executing comprehensive advertising campaigns across Google, Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic platforms- Doing brainstorming sessions to develop innovative traffic optimization strategies and drive performance KPIs- Collaborating with a team of designers to conceptualize and implement diverse creatives for client needs- Preparing detailed reports on advertising activities, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients- Overseeing the setup, launch, and ongoing management of advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms- Providing regular, comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity on campaign performance (daily, weekly, monthly, and final reports)- Maintaining day-to-day control of assigned projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance goals**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written)- Exact sciences are a plus - Math, Economics, Statistics, et cetera- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in media buying- Strong experience in digital advertising agencies & businesses- Proficiency in launching and optimizing campaigns across GDN, Meta, and Programmatic platforms, with a deep understanding of the underlying principles- Strong teamwork skills to foster a collaborative environment and deliver win-win outcomes through effective communication- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in a senior media buying role- Creative, innovative, and resilient with a customer-focused approach that drives results- Ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time to meet diverse demands and deadlines inherent to senior-level responsibilities- Solid interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to craft compelling narratives, facilitating effective storytelling in client interactions- Expertise in successful development strategies within the media buying domain- Goal-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on driving outcomes and delivering value to clients- Certification in relevant disciplines is a plusPay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month**Experience**:- media buying: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
