Job Description- Maintains IP Network operation: mitigate network risk, trouble solving and provide solution for network improvement.- Handle escalation of IP network problem in timely manner.- Coordination and escalation to vendor and external party for problem solving.- In charge of P1/Catastrophe level incident and participate in war room for fast recovery services.- Provide root cause analysis for massive incident related with IP network.- Lead project delivery and WO execution in IP network domain.- Solving the roadblock of project implementation both of technical or non-technical issue.- Assure change activity related with project implementation and also problem handling comply with changes procedure and regulation.- Support and involve with customer engineer and vendor / principal in new design and technology implementation assessment.- Represent team in project and operation strategic meeting (Kick of meeting, Progress meeting, joint troubleshooting, roadblock solving, etc).- Planning, assess, scheduling and resource dimensioning for roll out implementation related with IP network.- Change Request (CR) and MOP assessment for new design/technology implementation and high risk change activity.- Control ticket administration (TT / WO / RCA / PMT, etc) to achieve its target and KPI.- Handle VIP request and escalation related with IP Network.- Collecting Network Data ( IP, Connection, Protocol and Routing).Requirement- Diploma / Bachelor degree. Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Information and communications major, computer major or related ICT.- Have more than five years of experience as Network Administrator (Hold the configuration privilege) in IP network Environment for Telco Industry.- Advance knowledge of IP network protocol for L2VPN and L3VPN services, with hands on experience in production network.- Hold professional level of Network Certification (HCIP/JNCIP/CCNP) will be advantaged- Well understanding of QoS Concept and hands on experience in its implementation.- Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G service flow and environment.- Experience in troubleshooting of IP network related with Telco services.- Willing to support and adapt with Network Operation Center (NOC) business behavior (24x7 network operation and maintenance).- Experience in project implementation and roll out in Network domain.- Have good communication capabilities, include in English language.- Have good team work capabilities, Coordinate with external supervision departments, customers, subcontractors, and project teams to implement quality control in an orderly manner.- Clear target direction, strong execution.Additional RequirementGenderMale & FemaleJob InformationIndustryNORMALEmploymentPosition LevelSenior ExecutiveWorking HourLanguageEnglish
