Senior Interior Designer

Interpret company's briefs and develop design concepts according to the needs.Communicate and update management about the project progress on a regular basisWork collaboratively with project management team, location, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met.Coordinate with the team to establish work targets, design schedules and checklists to ensure that projects are completed on time while maintaining the company's quality and standards.Source materials and equipment for projects and ensure material specifications suits the requirements.Regularly review project plans, designs, visualization, and specifications to ensure they meet the company's requirements.Conduct site visits to check construction progress to ensure the work is accurate per the design.Attend design & planning meetings for a progress update, design planning and discussions.Present designs to clients and take feedback on board while remaining mindful of the agreed budget.Minimum bachelor degree majoring in Interior Design or Architectural EngineeringExperience in the field of Interior Design at least 5 years and have been involved in large scale and complex projectPreferably have working experience as in house designerDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a team environmentStrong organizational, analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketchup
