**Responsibility**:- Supervise, set objectives for the HRGA team and track progress.- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement.- Initiate & take charge in compensation and benefits plans improvement.- Initiate & take charge in employees' career development paths and reward structure improvement.- Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.- Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.- Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports- Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reportsJob requirements:- Excellent leadership and communication skill.- Have at least 2 year of experience in HR Field- Able to multi-task and prioritze work- Thorough, diligent and independent- Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced result-driven start-up/ digital agency environment.
