Job Role Handling onboarding for new hires: explaining the company, assets handover, making contract Manage the process of employee promotion and mutation Managing the company's organizational structure or change management Create and manage training plan and activities Handling offboarding for resigning employees Manage performance assessment including PIP or PDP program Prepare and provide related reports, other supporting activities in the field of human resources. ??
