We are now looking for enthusiastic crypto markets to join our team and help us on the next step of our journey.**Roles & Responsibilities**A Senior Designer is responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics, reviewing junior designers' work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. They have expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution.**What Will You Do at Snap Innovations?**- Create new and original designs, including content, illustrations, and infographics, from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image.- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.- Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.- Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.- Ensure that the company's brand identity is consistent and visually appealing across all marketing materials and communications.- Liaise with other design and marketing team members to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.- Create eye-catching visuals for social networking networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but not only those.- Keeping up to date with industry developments and tools.- Increase user friendliness in digital products.- 5+ years professional experiences with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.- Proven experiences with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, including ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts.- Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media, design principles, typography, colour theory, illustration, and layout composition.- Ability to think creatively and solve problems innovatively, as well as the ability to work under pressure.- Experience in design social media / video editing / motion graphics / photography.- Excellent time management skills, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus.- Experience 3D is a plus.**What else are waiting for you?**- Competitive salary- Be a part of the future of financial technology by doing something meaningful.- Great career development opportunities in a growing company- Passionate and collaborative team- Family-like environment- Up-level your technical skills and capital market knowledge- Multi-cultural environmentWhat you do today will determine your tomorrow!Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp7.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulanAbility to Commute/Relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Diwajibkan)
