About the Senior Finance Manager Role:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the local finance team and be constantly in contact with the C-suite for finance and strategic related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure month end closing and group reportings are completed on time
Manage the preparation of annual local budget and monthly forecasts
Ensure internal compliance, control purchasing process and verify contracts
Align internal practices to Legal and Tax requirement, provide annual audit support
Set up and maintain a documented system of accounting policies, regulations, operating policies and procedures
Provide periodic update to local and group management on financial performance
Support any fundraising activities

To succeed in this Senior Finance Manager role, you will need to have a deep understanding on Indonesia local market, customer and digital industry landscape. You will need to have leadership qualities, as you will manage a team of 10 - 12 people.

Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting and finance-related programmes
At least 10 years' relevant experience (preferably a mix of Big 4 and commercial experience in Financial Services Industry)
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Oracle netsuite
Team management experience
