As a Senior Executive in the Above Market Customer Success Team, you will be supporting the Above Market Customer Success Consulting Lead and Analytic & Insights Lead to work with cross-functional/countries team service the regional headquarters of NIQ global clients- ** Customers obsessed**- Customer focus with a consistent approach and enhance customer satisfaction.- Create and grow engagement/relationships across multiple functions within the client's regional organization.- Show interest in the customer and their business/industry- ** Effective Communicator**- Able to deliver clear, complete, and correct information appropriately (even while checking for understanding)- Facilitating daily two-way communication with clients as well as internal stakeholders.- ** Be the channel for Voice of Client**- Be the channel for clients to share their voices and work with Consulting Lead/Analytics Lead in identifying opportunities for improvement.- Support the drive of NPS participation rate & positive score, and be part of the execution of NPS action plans.- ** Results & Outcome Focus**- Drive client satisfaction by providing errorless reports, developing insights based on analysis of various data-sets, and crafting actionable recommendations that lead to opportunities & outcomes, including generating sales leads for NIQ across solution/products- Deliver against the joint business plan designed in alignment with the client to answer the client's business priorities.- Contribute to QBO.- Support the Consulting Lead in the Governance Process & Discussion, as well as escalation management.**Qualifications**- Bachelor/ Master Degree from all backgrounds- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field which required communication, operational and analytical skills- Demonstrated strength in analytics and logical reasoning, coupled with the ability to clearly explain analytical techniques to clients- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, proven record of value add presentation- Business English knowledge, both verbal and written- Ability to work within a virtual environment- Ability to function independently and manage multiple workstreams at a time- Open for change, integrity & client-centric mindset**Additional Information** Hybrid-based role,** must be physically located within the job country and the applicant must be a Country Resident.****About NIQ**NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
