About the Senior Digital Marketing Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in the team’s continued development and success in the Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the marketing strategy and development of online and offline campaigns
Manage marketing campaigns channels, budget responsibility and establish high-performing partnerships
Optimise marketing campaigns for optimal channel performance with a focus on ROI
Oversee creative, photo and video production
Design strategies to strengthen the company’s digital community of pharmacy professionals and drive up transaction volume for its partners
Responsible for country strategic growth; including partnerships
Able to recruit A-Type team, groom and mentor them
To succeed in this role, you will need strong digital marketing experience and great leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing
At least three years of experience, with a track record in attracting and developing a winning team
Previous experience in digital and performance marketing is required
Background in running paid digital campaigns and CRM engagement – email, in app, PPC, etc.
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Excellent skills in leadership, management, analytical, problem solving, data driven, negotiations, and systematical
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
