Build and lead your team of front end and back ends developers with the only rule nothing is impossible and every problem has a solution.5+ years experience in Drupal CMS and PHP within a large or progressive digital first organisation (essential)Hands-on experience as a full stack developer with strong front-end experienceExperience working in an Agile and DevOps environment, CI/CD, and automation testingProven experience delivering e-Commerce websites with demonstratable experience across all phases of the software development life cycle. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of eCommerce platforms, associated tools and plugins (e.g. Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).Hands-on experience with PHP and related frameworks.Experience implementing web experiences using Wordpress, Drupal or other PHP content management platforms.Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. jQuery, React, and Angular).MySQL database query writing and database design experience.Knowledge and experience of website hosting solutions and best practices.Technical team management experience.Excellent technical and non-technical written and oral communications skills.Strong opinions on how to deliver modern, dynamic customer experiences.
