DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN POSITION REPORTS TO Design Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To liaise with client?s representatives, consultants and local authorities.
To coordinate design development and prepare drawing fits for construction, authority submission and tender exercise.
To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material.
To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances.
Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
Study and review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to company standard and requirements.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
Minimum Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 6-8 years? experience in related field.
Conversant in AutoCAD, 3D, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Revit.
Excellent presentation skills.
Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment.
Committed and able to work independently.
