**Responsibilities**:- As a point contact for any Logistic & shipping related issues- Collaborate with order processing, purchasing, supply chain to reslove issues they may face- Responsible for resolving all complaints and feedback within the SLA- Responsible for providing accurate reports to track all chat- Work closely with stakeholder to ensure all procedure are doing well.**Requirements**:- Have a minimum of 4 years' proven experience in Customer Service and leading a team.- Highly motivated individual with integrity, honesty, and resilience towards result.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill is a must.- Excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skill.- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.- Ability to translate his/her skills to team member through training and mentoring.- Able to inject positive energy, maintain team's motivation, and resilience.- ** Willing to work at SIRCLO's Warehouse in Yogyakarta.
