**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for new shoe products.- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align commercialization plans with overall business objectives.- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercialization plans.- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet launch deadlines.- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.- Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality.- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality sourcing of materials.- Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions.- Evaluate the performance of commercialized products in the market and propose improvements.- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to measure the success of commercialization efforts.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercialization, product management, or a related role within the footwear industry.- Deep understanding of the footwear market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.- Proven track record of successfully commercializing footwear products.- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in approaching commercialization challenges.**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
