Senior Campaign Operations Executive (Warung Pintar)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Participate in campaign planning discussions, and make plans for execution that can be consumed by other operations teams.- Create a budget for the campaign.- Manage the use of the budget in each campaign.- Determine the channel selection strategy for the campaign.- Communicate with communication, sales, data, product and other teams in campaign design and execution.- Create campaign execution reports.- Provide input and insight from campaigns.- Monitor the growth of the User Segment at Warung Pintar.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Have 2+ years experience in the same position or have been in Customer Development/Customer Relationship Management- Have experience in creating marketing campaigns- Have a high sense of ownership- Have good data analysis skills- Can work in a team or individually
