Maintain existing client and servicing as well operational required
Research Design and Proposal Development
Providing input on incoming RfPs- assessment of issue and responsible for recommending approach
Providing input regardng client knowledge and industry specifics to research design and proposal development
Identify needs for client-specific products and translates local industry needs into solution requirements
Pricing: Industry reviews the project calculation developed by product group regardingthe planned account profitability
Putting together draft of proposal for review by Account Director
Project Execution
Ensure consistency for client service at client ? define standards for client
Responsible for day-to-day project management, including providing support in critical project management steps
Escalation: involved in fundamental problems in project execution which put the project at risk
Overall coordination of GfK projects at related client e.g. support successful project management: support in critical project management steps, manage client?s expectations, organize regular reviews of project status, understand expected deliverables in detail
Analysis & Reporting
Helping craft deliverables through qualitative and quantitative analysis
Writing or reviewing client research reports, creating impactful reports including development of meaningful insightful final deliverables that answer key client business issues, using FBC methods
Demonstrates excellent strategic skills in extracting stories and strategic insights for client using whole GfK portfolio (combining insights of all GfK projects at the client)
Write headlines/executive summary direct and train others in creating meaningful presentations
Giving presentations confidently to (top) level management at client organization
Client Management
Serve as a Point of Contact at the client (SPOC): overall management of client contact,
Communicates and consults regularly with client on top-level-management
Requirements
Bachelor or master degree
Typically 6-7 years work experience
Practical experience in client management
Ability to understand client?s business questions, to design integrated solutions from multiple sources (GfK ?products? or other sources) and to add value through simple business recommendations and insight based consultancy
Expert in industry knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English
Working knowledge in research project design
Advanced in MS Office
