Senior Business Analyst

**Company Description**Hiring for Dubai Based Social Commerce company.**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site Senior Business Analyst role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will also gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and act as a liaison between IT and business units.**Qualifications**- Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and presentations- Experience with business process mapping and improvement- Experience in Agile methodology and User-centered design- Project management skills- Ability to work both independently and collaborate in team settings- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related field- Nationality : Any, must be fluent on Bahasa language**Salary**: Rp36,747,107 - Rp46,747,107 per month**Experience**:- business analyst: 4 years (preferred)
