A Senior Business Advisor is primarily acting as a network builder to introduce CRB's Sales and Broking Team primarily the Aviation and Aerospace Team to new prospective clients from the airlines / general aviation / satellite owners and/or operators which he/she has a strong network.**The Role**- To introduce WTW to airliners, general aviation prospects, airport operators/owners, private aircraft owners, satellite owners and/or operators and promote WTW's products and services.- Provide technical assistance in the placement / broking activities to the local team in collaboration / communication with Aviation/Aerospace GLOB Asia and UK Team if required.- Provide technical assistance in the placement / broking activities including negotiation of the terms and conditions of insurance programs with the local insurers to the local team in Jakarta.- Delivers agreed revenue production during the employment period.- Works collaboratively with the WTW local management and client relationship stakeholders and the wider WTW Indonesia's team in order to guarantee business integration and leverage business synergies.- Conduct Risk: To put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business**The Requirements**- Experience in the international security risk-management sector- Experience of consultative sales, scoping, coordination and delivery is desirable- A strong understanding of security risk and resilience providers in the region- An effective and articulate communicator who is comfortable speaking to clients and stakeholders- A motivated and disciplined person who can build relationships and networks with diverse groups- Proven ability to decipher client requirements, determine appropriate solutions and effectively communicate the requirements to colleagues and consultants.- Demonstrable ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to multi-task with multiple stakeholders that have complex people/asset risk exposure**Equal Opportunity Employer
