Senior Analyst - Work & Rewards- Jakarta, IDNovember 15, 2023In this role you will work as part of a team on a wide variety of Organization, Talent and Rewards consulting or involved in survey assignments as well as in other projects within Organization, Talent & Rewards areas.**The Role**- You will be responsible for validating data for benchmarking and various analysis- Conducting/developing desk research, interviews, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution in Organization Designs, Workforce Analysis, or Talent Management projects- Client facing, facilitating, and leading focus group discussions, workshops, or events required in projects, in coordination with the project team- Forecasting the workforce environment and future organization capabilities- Conducting reviews of all talent management processes and programmes- Supporting survey administration and rewards design solution development**The Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Management/Psychological/Industrial Engineering will be preferable, Master degree will be an advantage- 3+ years working experience in Human Resources (Rewards/Compensation and Benefits, Organization & People Analytics, or HR Business Partner)- Previous experience in consulting- Team-player with high degree of personal initiative and keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Consulting- Ability to face clients and comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced working environment- Strategic thinker and able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent, and logical manner- Strong knowledge in Excel, Words, PowerPoints, Access, and other data analytics programs- Strong English language skill, both oral and written**Equal Opportunity Employer
