**Responsibilities**- Lead and manage Digital Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms- Monitoring and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and make data-recommendations for improvement.- Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platforms, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency- Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance**Requirements**:- Proven experience 2 years working in digital advertising, preferably in a leadership role- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights- Have leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvementJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp3.000.000 - Rp4.500.000 per bulanAbility to Commute:- Surabaya (Diutamakan)Ability to Relocate:- Surabaya: Relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)
