**Senior Ads Specialist - Igaming Industry****Responsibilities**:1. Develop Google &; Meta Ads campaigns for iGaming in Indonesia.2. Find ways periodically to successfully run advertisements for the online gambling industry in Indonesia, whether by employing tricks in ads, content, landing pages, and so on.3. Build landing page needed for the Ads Campaign4. Create ad copy &; assets that are persuasive and effective5. Conduct regular research and analysis of keywords, trends, and search engine algorithms to improve campaign performance6. Optimize Google &; Meta Ad campaigns with the latest advertising features and best practices to maximize ROI7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting regular reports to senior management8. Identify areas for potential improvement, making strategic recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness and reach9. Conduct A/B testing to continually refine our campaigns and optimize conversion rates10. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices for digital advertising**Qualifications**:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, especially in gambling industry.3. Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights5. Experience using A/B testing to optimize campaigns6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams7. High degree of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously8. Passion for digital marketing and staying current on emerging trends and best practices in the industry9. Demonstrated success in managing ad campaigns**10.
