Senior Accountant

This role for an MNC reports directly to the Financial Controller and essentially provides support to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of a legal entity.**Qualifications**:- Graduate in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification (such as ACCA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience- Good financial modeling skills with Excel and experience with SAP would be a plus- Technically competent with strong analytical, and problem-solving skills- Able to work with a high degree of independence, resourcefulness, and personal drive- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to staff at all levels.- Proficiency in the English language both spoken and written**Work scope**:- Examine the GL accounts payment and expenses claim all employee- Cash-flow management including monitoring weekly collections/payments.- Prepare & input journal of prepaid expenses amortization- Reconciliation and control tax payment and reporting (Vat In & Out, WHT Tax 21, 22, 23, 25 & 26)- Fixed asset tracking and reporting- Assist in preparing of annual Budget and quarterly Forecast reports.- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and conduct FA sighting- Monthly review of SAP controls as part of Risk Management- Review and implement effective financial/accounting/internal control policies and procedures- Focus on process improvements- Liaise with auditors, tax and bankers.- Any other ad-hoc accounting related work as may be assigned from time to time.- Take on special assignments which may include short overseas stints- Month end reporting: CORE report.- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the FC**Benefits**:- Leave entitlement per company policy- Employee insurance benefits- Cover for medical and hospitalization per company policy- Training opportunities**Salary**: From Rp25,000,000 per month**Experience**:- SAP: 3 years (preferred)- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)License/Certification:- ACCA (preferred)
