The first will be to support our local sales team in making favorite local merchants available for delivery. The second will be to grow and train the team to ensure that sales goals are exceeded.The day-to-day activities:- Monitoring and build good relationship for Big Brand (Tier 1)- Handling just for 20-30 Big Brand in Yogyakarta- Problem solving if Big Brand has any problem- Approaching campaign for Big Band- Monitoring and execute for Revenue & PPRev targetThe must-haves:- Minimum of 2+ years (for account manager role), or 4-5 years (for account manager lead role) of sales business development, account management or operations- Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)- An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment- Proficient in English is a plus- Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular- Comfortable to work using laptop and internet- Great communication and negotiation skillsOur Commitment:We recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.About GrabGrab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
