Secretary

Requirements:- Maximum age of 27 years old- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a major in Administration and Secretary- 1-2 years of experience as an executive secretary/personal assistant or similar role- Familiarity with secretarial tasks (preferably male)- Good interpersonal skills- Close attention to detail- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines- Being able to speak English/Mandarin is a plus- Familiarity with Trello**Responsibilities**:- Diary management, including coordinating and managing diaries for internal and external client meetings (virtual or physical), establishing manageable timeframes, and coordinating follow-up actions.- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and taking minutes and protocols as required.- Maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, and preparing agendas.- Assisting the CEO in managing daily administrative tasks.- Performing other secretarial and administration duties as defined by superiors.
