Search Engine Optimization Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RGE is looking for an SEO Manager to oversee SEO, SEM and ORM for a range of businesses around the world.

The Role

You will work closely with our corporate communication teams to understand their objectives, and to ensure that our SEO strategy helps achieve them.
You will then work with a team of writers, designers, videographers and photographers in the RGE Newsroom to create SEO-optimised content across multiple digital channels, in multiple languages.
You will take charge of SEM and ORM to manage the digital footprint of a diverse and growing range of businesses.

Who We Are Looking For

?

The SEO Manager will take the lead on SEO, SEM and ORM globally. Working alongside our in-house content and corporate communication teams, you will ensure our websites are fully optimised, and that our own and third-party content works to support our SEO strategy.
You will be the in-house SEO evangelist, working to educate team members around the world on how to produce more effective digital content and you will create and own the SEO and ORM strategy, managing everything from keyword research to link building.
You will be passionate about all forms of digital marketing, and have strong experience of ensuring websites follow best practices, optimising content for websites and social media, and managing SEM and link building.
You also need to be a strong communicator, sharing reporting and insights that help raise the bar across the organisation.

Experience and Skills Needed

Minimum eight years of relevant experience
First-rate SEO understanding with experience of both on-page and off-page
A proven track record of turning data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Experience working across multiple geographies and languages would be an advantage
Account servicing mindset in terms of proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders to help RGE business groups improve and optimize their digital performance
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia skills
