Practice Area Profile The Operations Practice (OPS) Area is one of BCG's largest functional practices. We help our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. BCG's expertise in Operations covers the following areas - supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, service operations, cost efficiency, operational transformation, research & product development, program and project management, all with a strong digital and analytics overlay.
What You'll Do We are looking for people at various seniorities in our BCG Procurement Practice, across all SEA offices with project assignments exposure in whole Asia Pacific and globally.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications) • Work experience in advisory, consulting firms or excellent industry backgrounds would be considered
• Delivering solutions and results presented to client at managerial level.
• Strong academics from a top-tier institution
• An MBA is desirable but not essential
• Advanced quantitative analysis
• Previous category management and procurement experience in a industry is a strong plus
• Experience in multinational work environment is a plus
• Professional certificate i.e., CIPS and ISM is a plus
