**Job Description**:- Serve as the lead point of contact for all user account management matters- Build and maintain client relationships- Preparing quotations according to user needs- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders- Prepare reports on account status- Collaborate with product's team to identify and grow opportunities within territory- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed- Ensure delivery of solutions according to user's needs and objectives.**Requirement**- Bachelor degree: Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng with min. GPA > 3 from reputable universities- Experience in SAP product sales; for 4-5 years- Analytical skill and willingness to learn- Collaboration/ teamwork- Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral & written)Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
