Overview:The role of an SAP Business Lead is crucial in leading and managing overall SAP and related Eco-Systems implementation for Indonesia Re-entry initiative, including new greenfield manufacturing system enablement (Make-Move-Sell), to support new business setup, as well as, smooth hypercare and ensure the system and process sustainability. This role will work closely with Sector and BU IT, and key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring the SAP setup meeting business requirement, adopting Thailand Foods process, and timely escalating to key stakeholders on support needed.**Responsibilities**:**Project Leadership**:- Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.**SAP Expertise**:- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions to design and configure system enhancements.- Ensure alignment of SAP functionality with FMCG business processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.**Team Management**:- Build and manage a cross-functional project team.- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with external SAP consultants or vendors as needed.**Requirements Gathering**:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Translate business requirements into SAP system solutions.**Change Management**:- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.- Identify and address user training needs.**Quality Assurance**:- Conduct quality assurance testing and validation of SAP configurations.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.**Reporting and Documentation**:- Generate reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.- Maintain documentation of SAP configurations and processes.Qualifications:**Required Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).- Proven experience as an SAP Business Lead (understand end to end systems and processes) with relevant experience in FMCG.- Strong project management skills, including PMP or similar certification.- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to FMCG, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP APO, etc.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Change management expertise.- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Required Knowledge and Experience****Essentials**- Experience of successfully managing and monitoring multi medium to large-scale projects through all stages of project life-cycle concurrently- Experience of managing and working on complex cross functional projects and project teams (e.g. business functions, IT and service provision)- Experience of managing, mitigating and reviewing project risks & issues**Desirable**- Experience of delivery successful digital transformation and/or business change.- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile techniques and ability to scale methodologies to the requirements and nature of the project.
