To Ensure additional hardware or additional software is requeired along with the increase of transaction data in Chandra Asri Support installation and maintenance of the SAP system on the development and test server Developing operational system procedure (e.g backup, restore etc) Maintain daily operational checklist Maintain DRC server and monitoring DRC process Manage SAP correction and control system Ensure technical intergrity of the SAP system and Application software Support the helpdesk team in technical issue related to SAP Prepare and Support the installation and maintenance of SAP productive environment Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related technical problem Tune and configure SAP System for maximum performance Manage and maintain user manual document SAP project management Manage SAP security access
