Sampoerna Academy - Hr Officer

**Job Description**:- Act as point of contact for HR related matters for Sampoerna Academy Surabaya Campus- Provides general human resources services.- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information to support decisions process.- Assist the HRBP Manager in handling new hires onboarding program- Responsible for handling internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.- Ensure that organization goals are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible.- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.- Maintain employees personnel data to be accurate, up to date and ensure confidentiality- Time attendance and Annual Leave Management**Qualifications**:- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer roles- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill- Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.- Clear understanding of Human Resources practices and Indonesian Labour Law- Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.- Strong team player and standing alone / independent / self-driven.
