Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.**Core Beliefs**- We seek opportunities to engage all stakeholders to play a part in the success of our students.- We maintain a strong Asian cultural value system that celebrates social harmony, order, and respect.- STEAM competency will differentiate our students from those attending other schools.- Our learning spaces are a platform for hands-on activities, exploration, inquiry and the creation of knowledge and dialogue.**Job Description**:- Managing finance and accounting in day-to-day function- Implement and improve the accounting system, procedures and control and ensure that all financial transactions, system and procedures comply with company regulations and accounting principles- Prepare on time monthly Financial Reports, analysis and recommendation completely and accurately- Prepare on time Monthly Management Reports, Budget Outlooks, Cash flow forecasts for Schools management and Group BoD- Track financial performance to identify areas for potential improvement monitor and manage budgets within the prescribed targets- Ensure that the financial and accounting activities are conducted with high integrity, accuracy, and in accordance with Company and legal requirements- Ad-hoc task requested by Finance Manager**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related major.- Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent Microsoft Office esp. Excel- analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
