Diversity is the range of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs.Diversity focuses on the differences, while inclusion is the deliberate act of welcoming diversity and creating an environment where all different kinds of people can thrive and succeed.This function will be reporting to the Sampling Manager and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia Cileungsi Plant.**Key Responsibilities**:- Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.- Familiar to operate weighing system, centrifuge, filters, scales, and barcode systems in order to accurately and properly blend chemicals in a precise manner to create flavor- Maintain with well of batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.- Understand production systems e.g., FIFO/FEFO, Kanban, SAP (is preferable)- Perform in-process analysis at the laboratory- Recognize problems and unusual events and communicate to Supervisor- Doing manual process on production process- Keep good housekeeping following basic standard of 5S- Participate in all Sampling meetings and work closely with Industrialization team to learn and develop process skills- Work in team and can working under pressure**We value**:- Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or chemistry or equivalent- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in the food industry, chemical operating experience is preferable- Preferably those who have technical experience in weighing chemical materials- Understanding and compliance with emergency and safety procedures and practices.- Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices), 5S- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points- Good technically and process thinking- Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills**We offer**:- Join a talented, dynamic and diverse team and working environment.
