Launched late last year, AgriAku's mission is empower mitra through sustainable, inclusive and profitable technology business models.**Job Description**:- Capability Assessment: conduct comprehensive assessment to identify current organizational capabilities, strength, weaknesses, and gaps- Strategic Alignment: collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's strategic goals and objectives- Capability Development: Design and implement plans to develop and enhance critical capabilities, required to meet strategic objectives- Process improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline capabilities- Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness capabilities- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that employees adapt to new processes and technologies effectoively- Training and development: identify training needs and provide learning opportunities to employees to enhance their capabilities**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Proven experience in capability management, strategic planning, or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and training- Have experience doing TNA (Training Need Analysis) and development capability for sales team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Project management experience is beneficial- Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies- Have experience in sales & seller operation is a plus pointAdditional Information- Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
