Sales Team Leader (Surabaya & Medan)

Job Description:
Understand the product, and ensure sales team has good product understanding Fulfill weekly targets by monitoring sales of the team at the physical shops. Monitor the transaction performance of sales team each day & provide weekly updates. Ensure quality control of offline marketing materials (banners, tent cards, brochures, etc) at the stores and sales process at stores. Produce reports on sales performance. Gather on-the-ground insights from agents & customers on the product Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in sales (e.g. selling credit cards, worked at automotive showrooms, etc) Experience in managing a team Good at basic reporting & quantitative skills Willing to travel make on-the-ground visits to physical stores Good communication skills & like to talk and meet people Every chosen candidate will be given training on the product and responsibilities first. Location of candidate need to be in Surabaya or Medan
