Sales Supervisor

Requirements:- S1 from any major- At least 2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented, covering Sukabumi and greater areas up to Cianjur- Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility- Preferably with 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of local market- Familiarity with working using Excel / Google Sheet- Fulfill the supply of the sales team according to the needs of the sales team in the area- Manage acquisition and retention sales team- Manage Agent Network- Carrying out coaching and teamwork with the sales team- Responsible for the OKR Area targets- Accustomed to working collaboratively with other divisions- Can provide ideas or initiatives according to the needs of the OKR target*Please submit your CV in English.Benefit; Basic Salary, BPJS**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (required)- Sales Marketing: 1 year (required)
