Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. This position reports to the Sales Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Your responsibilities**:- Selling products and service to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for Process industries- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions and proposals by using effective sales techniques- Identifies and drives spare parts sales in new market opportunities in the designated market- managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection when needed- Preparing offers in coordination with the Sales Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred- Fresh graduates or 1 - 2 years of experience in Service Sales is preferred- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused.
