Join us for a career in sales that changes lives.This role will promote and drive sales for Medtronic's Aortic, Peripheral, and Venous businesses in Jakarta, West /East Java, Sulawesi, and Bali. This role has the opportunity to grow within the organization to take on more responsibility or even move into other product portfolios.**A Day in The Life**- Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products to key specialists and technical staff for a specific business.- Plan and implement sales call plans and provide field reports to Sales Manager.- Provide ongoing, timely customer support by providing product information and use of products through appropriate communication channels.- Ensure the customer order cycle is complete. Maintain communication with internal Medtronic inventory control staff to ensure goods are delivered according to lead time.- Gather and communicate market intelligence (pricing, competitor's activities, customer demands) and maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital usage of Medtronic versus competing products and activities.- Work closely with customer service and supply chain to ensure inventories and consigned goods are accounted for and fully utilize.- Provide necessary technical support pre and post-Aortic and Endo Venous procedure.- Practice good management in terms of planning, administration, and expense planning and control. Comply with Medtronic's code of conduct at all times.- Ensure the company's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products procedures, policies, operations, customer- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.- Organize and participate in conferences and seminars.- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) - To actively utilizes SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree required- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services**Your Profile**- Experience in providing technical/ clinical support during procedure is an advantage- Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb technical product knowledge.- Ability to plan, organizes, monitor and execute workshop/technical training session.- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.- Results and Quality orientation.- Basic command of English language.**About Medtronic**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
